I love great wines, cheeses and chocolate. Especially if they are made in a way that is as good as possible both for nature and our bodies – and at the same time taste fantastic. I really like to share my own discoveries with you – so I therefore started this blog. I have a sommelier exam from Restaurangakademien in Stockholm and DipWSET level 4, Diploma in Wines from Wine & Spirit Education Trust Limited in London. I have a certificate from a course in vegetarian cooking from Restaurangakademien and  I am a Certified Fromager, also from Restaurangakademien. I have a Professional chocolatier certificate of achievement from Ecole Chocolat, and am a Certified Nutrition Counselor as well as an Athletic Performance Nutrition Counselor. Therefore I think that enjoying great wines in moderation is of course important – and the knowledge of which wines to choose is certainly crucial I think!

For me – enjoying life and sharing with others are two things I am passionate about, so let’s discover fantastic wines, food, cheeses and chocolates together!
